Consultation Packages

With the ever changing Search Engines and Directories, many of you have requested either: 

Direct Consultation or Consultation/Implementation/Maintenance.

With that in mind, the below services are designed for the website owner with or without a contracted webmaster. 

All packages include: Free initial consultation (15 min)
Normal Consultation Fee: $450.00 per hour

General Hourly Consultation

• Advice on different Search Engines and Directories.
  

• Specific questions answered.
  

• Online site review with verbal recommendations.

Fee: $450.00 per hour

 

Evaluation Package - Preliminary Research

• Keyword Analysis - A brief review of client's current keywords as well as possible additional relevant keywords.
  
  

• Position report - A position report will be created based on the client's current keywords to determine the client's status in the Internet's top Search Engines and Directories.
  
  

• Site review - This review includes a surface evaluation of meta tags, title, description and body of the client's home page and various other site pages.

Fee: $500.00
Note: Should you select a package below, the evaluation fee will be applied to that package.

 

Consultation Package #1 - Client is or has contracted a webmaster

• Half hour Consultation - An in-depth phone consultation to determine client's website goals. Review of online promotions, previous online marketing efforts and overall website performance history.
  
  

• 2 hour independent detailed site review to include a written report based on a comprehensive keyword analysis and position check utilizing client's established keywords including additional keywords derived from the above research. The written report will outline client's current status and an action plan for better site performance. In addition to general Search Engine and Directory strategies, a pay-per-click plan may be suggested.
  
  

• Half hour follow up through submission process - When the above action plan (written report) has been implemented, a follow-up review of the website will be conducted. Necessary changes will be recommended as well as basic guidance to the Search Engine submission process.

Fee: $2500.00 

Maintenance Option: $1500.00 per quarter. Maintenance includes a quarterly site performance review and written report.

 

Consultation Package #2 Website work performed by Advanced Networks, Inc. 

• Half hour Consultation - An in-depth phone consultation to determine client's website goals. Review of online promotions, previous online marketing efforts and overall website performance history.
  
  

• 2 hour independent detailed site review to include a written report based on a comprehensive keyword analysis and position check utilizing client's established keywords including additional keywords derived from the above research. The written report will outline client's current status and an action plan for better site performance. In addition to general Search Engine and Directory strategies, a pay-per-click plan may be suggested.
  
  

• Optimization of homepage html - The client's homepage will be optimized to perform well in the Search Engine and Directories with the least amount of visual changes possible. Items such as JavaScript will be placed in an external file, meta tags and alt text will be utilized, keyword density analysis and adjustment and various other techniques to enhance performance.
  
  

• The site's homepage will be optimized to perform well in MSN, Google, Yahoo, CNet, AltaVista, Netscape and others. 
  
  Base Fee: $7000.00 
  (See required maintenance below.)
  

• Recommended Options - Pointer pages @ $100 ea to assist with additional important keyword placements. These pages are of human design and are not electronically generated. (Minimum recommendation of 5 pages.)
  
  

• After 30 days an evaluation will be performed to determine if an Overture campaign is feasible. If recommended and accepted, an pay-per-click action plan will be presented.
  

Additional Option Pricing:
1. Pointer pages ($100.00 ea.)

2. Overture Campaign - $500.00 monthly to ANI. Overture campaign fees to be paid to Overture directly by client. Monthly budget to be established. 

Note: All campaigns will require that the client's credit card be utilized. Maximum limit can be applied.

Maintenance (required): $1500.00 per month. Maintenance includes a monthly review,  homepage updates, pointer page updates and general position management.
